Creating Hope & Providing Pediatric Support (C.H.A.P.P.S)
A health and wellness program providing integrative & holistic therapies and support to enhance the lives of children who are facing a chronic or life threatening illness. Services address the emotional, mental and spiritual well being of the child and family and include supportive & grief counseling, yoga, support groups, music/art therapy, educational materials and linkage to community resources. Serving Palm Beach County.

Together, Encouraging and Creating Understanding of Preemies (T.E.A.C.U.P)
Home/hospital visitation & comprehensive support services for families with a premature infant.Services include: Lactation education and needed resources such as electric breast pumps (in conjunction with the NICU staff); Case management after discharge to coordinate early intervention services, linkage to medical providers and community services; and education on the parent-child relationship through bonding and attachment activities. Serving Palm Beach County. 

Breastfeeding Coalition of Palm Beach County
A cooperative network of community agencies, organizations & individuals dedicated to ensuring a strong, positive climate of breastfeeding promotion, education, and support. 

Parent Aide Mentoring Program
A voluntary program for families with parents who feel overwhelmed and want to ensure they have the skills and tools necessary to have a healthy, happy and safe home. Families will benefit from a mentor who will visit them a minimum of twice a month for at least 6 months. Family-centeredservices focus on Child Safety, Problem-solving Skills, Parenting Skills, and Social Support. Serves families living in Palm Beach County with at least one child under the age of 12. 

Healthy Start/W.I.S.H.  (Women’s Initiative to Start Healthy)
Comprehensive case management and prenatal & parenting support services for pregnant women, infants and children, birth to age three at risk and in need of intervention in order to increase positive pregnancy, birth and developmental outcomes. In-home and on site services. Serves residents of North and Central Broward County. Funded by the Broward County Healthy Start Coalition.
